Our client is seeking a patient-focused Physical Therapist to provide exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, have a Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy, a valid Physical Therapy License, and be committed to making diversity, equity, and inclusion a priority within a diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities

? Provide excellent health care for patients

? Evaluate new patients and develop plans of care

? Treat patients and set measurable, functional goals

? Educate patients on treatment options and home exercises

? Supervise aides and monitor patient progress

? Address pain management as a crucial component of care

? Determine when to discharge patients and teach proper mechanics and strategies

? Write timely and accurate documentation ? Achieve a reasonable level of productivity

? Participate in research studies and help develop protocols

? Give input on policies, procedures, and strategy

? Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally

? Continuing skills development by staying updated in the latest research and techniques

? Clinic Hours M_F 7 AM - 7 PM, Schedule flexible within hours of operation

• Master's degree or higher

• Valid American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS)
