Physical Therapist

Schyma MD Staffing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist/ Occupational Therapist for a
vibrant and active senior living community, the facility is committed to providing exceptional
rehabilitation services to its residents.

Facility Details:

Long-Term Care (LTC) Unit: 40 beds
Assisted Living (AL): 100 beds
Independent Living Facility (ILF): 250-275 beds

Locations: NH, VA,PA, NC, MA, NH,VT, CA,WA, CO,NM, KS,OK, GA,AL, MS,

Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy services to residents in various units, including LTC, AL, and ILF.
Collaborate with a full-time activity department staff to coordinate off-site trips and
activities, often in conjunction with Rehab Services.
Participate in special events, staff appreciation days, and activities as part of the team.
Work closely with a cohesive leadership team and maintain strong relationships with TC
Administration and the DOR/Rehab team.

Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Commitment to providing high-quality care and services to residents
