Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity for long-term, independent contract work with a caseload that focuses on providing personalized, one-on-one care to patients.

Duties:

- Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations to assess their condition and therapy needs

- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patients' abilities and goals

-Provide hands-on therapy and instruction to patients, focusing on rehabilitation, pain management and functional improvement

- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, adjusting parameters to ensure optimal outcomes

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist

- Strong clinical skills including manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription and patient education

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively

- Commitment to providing high quality, patient-centered care in treatment model that offers 1:1 care for the entire appointment
