Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to address musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to promote pain relief, improve mobility, and enhance functional abilities.
• Provide patient education on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-management strategies to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and athletic trainers to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress, develop treatment goals, and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid Wisconsin state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings preferred.
